Job summary

Al Mulla Group – UAE is seeking a qualified Real Estate Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting for real estate activities in Fujairah. You will prepare financial statements, handle AR/AP, GL, and bank reconciliations, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and VAT.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of UAE real estate accounting experience, proficiency in Nozol Software, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience in real estate sector within UAE.
• Proficiency in Nozol Software is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and UAE VAT laws.
• Arabic language proficiency is required.
• MS Excel skills and knowledge of other accounting systems/tools.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Male candidates only due to business needs.
