Job Summary
We are looking for a Real Estate Accountant Property Administrator with 3 5 years of UAE experience in real estate or property management The role will be responsible for property accounting collections and revenue monitoring tenant and lease transactions ERP management reconciliations reporting and tracking of legal and collection cases
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records for residential commercial and retail properties
- Manage property and tenant transactions lease accounting billing receipts PDCs security deposits and tenant ledgers
- Monitor collections including rent deposits utilities administration fees Ejari fees sales payments and other property-related charges
- Review lease terms rental schedules renewals terminations and financial adjustments
- Track bounced cheques payment defaults overdue accounts legal notices settlements and recovery cases
- Coordinate with Legal and Property Management teams to reconcile outstanding and disputed amounts
- Prepare tenant statements aging reports collection reports property-level financial reports and management reports
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of property tenant lease revenue and financial information in the ERP PMS
- Coordinate with IT for ERP system issues enhancements testing and process improvements
- Support Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable reconciliations audits and financial documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and relevant real estate accounting practices
Monday to Friday 8 00 AM 6 00 PM
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in real estate/property management accounting.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP/Property Management Systems.
- Good knowledge of property accounting, collections, lease transactions, AR/AP, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Experience with bounced cheques, payment defaults, legal cases, and settlement reconciliation is preferred.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of UAE VAT.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
