Job summary

RoboHub.ae in Dubai seeks an experienced finance and operations professional to manage billing, stock control, vendor onboarding, UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance, petty cash, and marketplace order processing on Amazon.ae and Noon.

You will use Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory to keep records accurate, reconcile statements, support auditors, and ensure timely payments while maintaining cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab.
• Proficient in Zoho One — particularly Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory.
• Solid knowledge of UAE VAT filing and Corporate Tax obligations.

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices, credit notes, and receipts; handle billing queries.
• Manage stock counts and reconcile inventory with Zoho Inventory.
• Onboard vendors, verify documents, and maintain vendor master data.
• Prepare VAT returns and Corporate Tax workbooks for audits.
• Process petty cash and vendor payments; coordinate with warehouse for orders.

Job description

Billing & Customer Support: Generate sales invoices, credit notes, and receipts via Zoho Books. Handle billing queries and payment disputes from customers and clients. Follow up on outstanding receivables and maintain AR aging reports. Provide finance-related support to customers, escalating issues where needed.

Stock Management: Conduct regular stock counts within premises and reconcile against Zoho Inventory. Identify and report discrepancies, damages, and slow-moving items. Maintain accurate SKU-level records including cost prices and reorder levels

Vendor Management: Onboard new vendors by collecting and verifying required documents (trade licence, VAT certificate, bank details). Maintain an up-to-date vendor master database in Zoho Books. Ensure supplier contracts and compliance documents are current and properly filed

VAT & Corporate Tax Compliance: Prepare quarterly VAT return & Refund reports with accurate input/output tax breakdowns. Prepare Corporate Tax workings and supporting documentation as per UAE CT Law. Maintain organised tax records ready for submission by auditor. Stay updated on FTA regulatory changes and flag any impact to the team.

Petty Cash & Vendor Payments: Manage the petty cash fund including recording, reconciliation, and replenishment. Process vendor payment runs and obtain necessary approvals before release. Reconcile vendor statements against Zoho Books and resolve discrepancies. Maintain payment schedules to support healthy cash flow.

Amazon & Noon Operations: Process and manage daily orders on Amazon.ae Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab. Coordinate packing, dispatch, and fulfilment activities with the warehouse team. Reconcile marketplace settlement reports with internal books. Track and record returns, refunds, and adjustments accurately
