Al Asayel Health & Safety in Dubai (JAFZA) is seeking an Accountant (CPA/ACCA/CA) to join our finance team. You will manage day-to-day accounting, VAT compliance, and financial reporting, with growth opportunities within the company.

The role requires 1–5 years UAE experience, strong knowledge of UAE VAT, and proficiency in SAP Business One and Excel. Excellent English communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA, ACCA or CA certification.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT law, financial reporting and compliance.
• Proficiency in SAP Business One or similar accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
• Good written and spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Ensure VAT filings and legal compliance.
• Handle invoicing, accounts payable/receivable and data entry.
• Reconcile bank, customer and vendor accounts.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

• Maintain organized financial records and reporting support.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including VAT filings and other submissions.
• Handle invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and data entry.
• Reconcile bank, customer and vendor accounts regularly, and verify transaction accuracy.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for management.
• Coordinate with external auditors and help prepare for audits.
• Follow up with banks on existing and new financial matters.
• Maintain organized financial records and provide reporting support.
