Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1 year of accounting/bookkeeping experience in the UAE.
• Strong UAE VAT and Corporate Tax knowledge.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping and accounting records for multiple client companies.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
• Record daily transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Coordinate with clients and visit as needed.
• Assist in VAT registration, VAT return filing, and compliance.
• Support Corporate Tax registration and compliance activities.
• Prepare management reports and financial analyses for clients.
• Coordinate with clients to collect financial documents and records.
• Assist in audit preparations and liaise with auditors when required.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of client financial information.

We are looking for a dedicated Accountant Executive to join our team and support our expanding client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping and accounting records for multiple client companies.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
• Record daily transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Coordinate with clients & visit.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in accounting firms, audit firms, or consultancy firms.
