Qualifications

• Must have professional accounting certification (CPA/ACCA/CA) or a Master’s in accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in Tally and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices and daily shipment orders according to accounting requirements.
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with government guidelines.
• Administer payroll and prepare salary sheets; handle rewards.
• Manage petty cash and allocate expenses accurately.
• Follow up on accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
• Process accounts payable and reconcile ledger; publish accurate financial data.
• Monitor stock levels and update purchasing parameters; track daily inventory movement.
• Develop new supplier relationships; source quality products at competitive costs.
• Oversee import/export processes; coordinate with agents and ensure timely clearance.

Job Description:

• Making Invoices and also shipment orders of daily lots according to accounting requirements.
• Preparing VAT, submission of VAT in compliance with government guidelines as well as policies.
• Pay-roll administration. Preparing salary sheets, Rewards.
• Handle the Petty Money expenses and ensure proper allotment for all expenditures.
• Taking care of balance due, To follow-up with consumers for collection of due quantities in an efficient manner for timely payments.

• Maintains controls over all supporting files of settlements receivable as well as payables.
• In charge of ensuring we have the appropriate stock at the shops by assessing the present stock standing and upgrading the buying parameters. Daily tracking of supply movement, running report of daily inventory modification.
• Continual process of developing new suppliers and also acquiring of product efficiently with good quality at small cost.
• Taking care of imports and exports. Records removing with agents and also monitoring the shipment arrival as well as clearing up on schedule.
