- Take clear client briefs and translate them into actionable tasks for the internal team.
- Prepare agendas, status reports, and follow-ups to ensure smooth client communication.
Project Coordination
- Assist in managing campaign timelines, ensuring deliverables are met across creative, digital, PR, and production teams.
- Track project progress, flagging potential delays or issues early to the Account Manager.
- Handle day-to-day coordination of approvals, revisions, and asset sharing with clients.
Execution & Delivery
- Support the creation and execution of marketing and communications campaigns, including digital, social media, PR, and events.
- Conduct basic research to inform campaign strategies and content development.
- Proofread client-facing materials to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain account files, documentation, and project trackers.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and performance summaries for clients.
- Ensure all client billing, purchase orders, and invoicing processes are supported.
- Work closely with internal creative, design, media, and PR teams to ensure projects are delivered as planned.
- Collaborate with external suppliers or vendors when required (e.g., event partners, production houses).
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning meetings.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, PR, or Marcomms agency environment (internships included).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Familiarity with project management tools or marketing software is a plus.
If you’re excited about this role & think you are the right fit, we’d love to hear from you!
