Job summary

Octave is seeking an Account Development Representative in Dubai to drive pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead qualification. You will schedule introductory meetings with Account Executives and work to meet SAL quotas while building relationships across multiple channels.

You will gain deep product and market knowledge, partner closely with the sales team, and leverage Salesforce to manage contacts and opportunities within an Inside Sales framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound prospecting and qualifying leads.
• Ability to schedule introductory meetings with Account Executives.
• Strong communication skills across multiple channels.
• Familiarity with ABM and sales methodologies a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social touches.
• Host introductory calls to assess needs and determine next steps.
• Meet SAL quotas as outlined in the compensation plan.
• Develop social prospecting and email outreach strategies.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and use Salesforce and ERP tools.
