The role oversees data-driven reporting, supports accreditation readiness, and partners with IT to develop analytics and dashboards that strengthen outcomes, evidence-based decisions, and continuous improvement across programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Educational Technology or related field.
• Doctoral degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in higher education quality assurance or institutional research is expected.
• Experience supporting accreditation processes or program assessment cycles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between the Office of Academic Quality Assurance & Accreditation and assigned colleges, ensuring coordination of accreditation and quality assurance activities.
• Coordinate data submissions for the CAA OB E F across all programs and licensure requirements.
• Develop and generate regular analytical reports on quality indicators and KPIs, including OBEF-aligned metrics.
• Lead collaboration with colleges and stakeholders to design, implement, and monitor corrective action plans within OBEF.
• Review and validate evidence submitted by colleges and stakeholders for CAA reporting, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Oversee the design, coordination, and reporting of CLOs and PLOs assessments.
• Support preparation of accreditation and licensure reports for CAA and international bodies.
• Conduct periodic data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of institutional data.
• Ensure programs align with policies, QFEmirates, and CAA standards.
• Provide training and guidance to faculty and staff on assessment practices.
• Serve as focal point for collaboration with IT on technology-enabled analytics and dashboards.
• Monitor global trends and suggest innovations to improve institutional effectiveness.
