Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Air Conditioning and HVAC Maintenance

• Perform preventive maintenance on hotel air conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Inspect HVAC equipment to identify faults, wear and maintenance requirements.
• Carry out corrective repairs according to established engineering procedures.
• Maintain air conditioning equipment serving guest rooms, restaurants, kitchens, offices and public areas.
• Support the efficient operation of cooling and ventilation systems.

Refrigeration Equipment Repairs

• Perform maintenance and repair work on refrigeration equipment.

• Conduct daily inspections of building services and assigned engineering equipment.

• Follow hotel engineering standards and maintenance requirements.

Guest Complaints and Maintenance Requests

• Respond promptly to air conditioning complaints from hotel guests.
• Attend to maintenance requests received from other departments.
• Investigate reported cooling and ventilation problems.
• Carry out necessary repairs within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
• Communicate professionally with guests and colleagues during maintenance activities.
• Minimize disruption to hotel operations when completing repairs.

Emergency Maintenance

• Respond to urgent air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance requirements.
• Take appropriate immediate action when equipment failures require emergency repairs.

• Support the Engineering team in restoring affected systems.
