Job summary

Primal Fitness & Sports in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Executive. This full-time, on-site role focuses on driving revenue growth across sports events, corporate programs, and facility management services.

You will identify new business opportunities, qualify leads, manage a sales pipeline, and conduct client meetings and presentations to win contracts. You will prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate with operations and event teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within sports events, corporate programs, and facility management services.
• Manage a sales pipeline, conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with operations and event teams to ensure smooth delivery of confirmed projects.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and support marketing initiatives.
• Attend relevant industry events and provide sales reporting and forecasts.
