Job summary

Canon Middle East FZ LLC seeks a Resident Engineer to maintain and optimize hardware performance, upgrade firmware, and support product software remotely using Canon tools. You will troubleshoot, ensure fast fixes, manage stock rotation, and liaise with account managers to meet customer requirements in a GCC market.

The role requires an engineering degree, strong technical fault-finding, and excellent customer communication, with a GCC driving license and a readiness to work in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma in electronics, mechanics or software required.
• Demonstrates high technical aptitude with fault-finding skills.
• Good customer handling and communication abilities necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line troubleshooting across portfolio of products.
• Aim for high first-time fix rate with cost-effective labor and parts usage.
• Report labor and parts investments using CAESAR coding structure.
