Job summary

The First Group Hospitality in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Membership Sales Manager to lead member acquisition and revenue-generation for its premium club portfolio. The role requires a strong background in luxury hospitality sales and VIP client management.

You will drive growth through proactive networking, corporate account development, and engaging property tours, while partnering with the Director of Membership to manage inquiries, joining, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in Abu Dhabi market is mandatory.
• Strong local network with corporate and VIP clients.
• Proven track record of meeting membership or revenue targets.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, presentation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth through proactive networking, lead generation, referrals, events, and corporate account development.
• Manage and develop a strong membership sales pipeline with follow-up and conversions.
• Support the Director of Membership through the full member journey from inquiry to onboarding.
• Conduct property tours and presentations highlighting facilities, services, benefits, and value.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, VIPs, and other stakeholders in Abu Dhabi.
• Monitor market trends to support sales and retention strategies.
• Support member retention and ongoing engagement throughout the lifecycle.
