• Drive membership growth through networking, referrals, events and corporate accounts.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline with follow-up and conversions of qualified leads.
• Support the Director of Membership through the entire membership journey from enquiry to onboarding.
• Conduct property tours and presentations highlighting facilities and membership value.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, VIPs and local stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends to inform sales and retention strategies.
• Support retention and engagement initiatives across the member lifecycle.
