Job summary

TJDEED Technology® in Abu Dhabi is seeking an IT Software Account Manager to manage and grow existing Abu Dhabi customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with technical and delivery teams to tailor software solutions and services to client needs, ensuring high satisfaction and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software/account management, strong Abu Dhabi experience, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years proven experience in software and IT solutions account management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, ITSM, security solutions, and AI technologies.
• Mandatory experience working with customers in Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing Abu Dhabi customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities and acquire new customer logos.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable software solutions and services.
• Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
