Job summary

TJDEED Technology® in Abu Dhabi is seeking an IT Software Account Manager to manage existing customer accounts, drive revenue growth, and acquire new logos in the Abu Dhabi market. You will coordinate with internal teams to tailor software solutions and services.

The role demands a minimum of five years in software and IT solutions account management, strong enterprise software knowledge, ITSM, security, and AI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years proven experience in software and IT solutions account management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, ITSM, security solutions, and AI technologies.
• Mandatory experience working with customers in Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing Abu Dhabi customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities and acquire new customer logos.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable software solutions and services.
• Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
