Job summary

TAT IT Technolgies in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced IT Software Account Manager to manage existing accounts, drive revenue growth, and win new business in Abu Dhabi. You will leverage deep knowledge of enterprise software, ITSM, security solutions, and AI technologies to propose effective solutions.

The role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage decision-makers, collaborate with delivery teams, and ensure customer satisfaction across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in software and IT solutions account management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, ITSM, security solutions, and AI technologies.
• Mandatory experience working with customers in Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Account management: grow existing Abu Dhabi customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Business development: identify and generate new business opportunities, acquiring new customer logos.
• Relationship building: build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Solution proposals: understand customer needs and propose suitable software solutions and services.
• Collaboration: work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
