Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in Interior Fit‑Out.
• Strong network of government and corporate clients in Abu Dhabi.
• Experience in tendering, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Experience managing or supervising a sales team.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Experience in Abu Dhabi is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new clients and Interior Fit-Out projects.
• Leverage existing relationships with government entities, semi-government organizations, and corporate clients in Abu Dhabi.
• Identify tenders, project opportunities, and potential contracts, and coordinate proposals and commercial quotations.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients and decision‑makers.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow‑ups to close deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers after contract awards.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports.
