FIX IT CARPENTRY TECHNICAL SERVICE in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Senior Salesman / Sales Supervisor to drive growth across furniture, carpentry, joinery, flooring, and interior fit-out sectors. You will leverage UAE industry connections to generate leads, secure projects, and manage key client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years UAE sales experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years UAE sales experience in furniture, carpentry, joinery, flooring, or interior fit-out.
• Strong UAE industry network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Leadership and client management skills.
• UAE driving licence preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail sectors.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into profitable projects.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project consultations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and project presentations.
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and property owners.
