Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Executive to grow our corporate travel portfolio within the UAE, onsite. You will acquire new corporate accounts, maintain client relationships, achieve sales targets, and support collections. The role requires 3+ years UAE travel or corporate sales, knowledge of the UAE market, GDS/Amadeus experience, and a valid UAE driving license.

Arabic is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in travel or corporate sales (preferably Abu Dhabi).
• Proven corporate sales experience with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of the UAE travel market and corporate sales cycle.
• Experience with GDS/Amadeus systems.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Arabic speaking preferred.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• IATA diploma or a bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new corporate travel accounts in the UAE market.
• Identify potential companies and key decision-makers to arrange meetings.
• Conduct regular client visits and proactively follow up on business opportunities.
• Promote airline tickets, hotels, and other travel services to corporate clients.
• Maintain and develop strong long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Consistently achieve assigned monthly sales and gross profit targets.
• Support the accounts team with collection and payment follow-up from clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client visits, and opportunities.
