Job summary

Klickl International Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Abu Dhabi to accelerate growth across the UAE, GCC, and Central Asia. You will identify, develop, and manage strategic opportunities across corporate, institutional, fintech, and digital asset sectors.

This role offers exposure to regulated digital finance and digital asset markets, with opportunities for career development, mentoring, and incentives as you build a regional network and lead client onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in business development, sales, account management, partnerships, or client relationships.
• Strong interest in fintech, payments, financial services, or digital assets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the UAE, GCC, and Central Asia.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, financial institutions, fintechs, payment providers, and strategic partners.
• Generate and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and partnerships.
• Arrange and attend meetings with senior decision-makers to introduce Klickl’s products and services.
• Represent Klickl at industry events, exhibitions, networking functions, and conferences.
• Work with Compliance, Operations, Product, and Marketing to support onboarding.
• Assist with commercial proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
• Maintain CRM records and provide pipeline updates.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in fintech and digital assets.
• Support regional growth objectives.
