The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and experience in service technician roles. This position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. The HVAC Technician will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and comply with safety regulations.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose issues with HVAC systems using schematics and technical manuals to identify problems accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs and installations.
• Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot system failures and provide solutions promptly.
• Collaborate with other trades such as plumbing to ensure comprehensive property maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory of parts used.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site to prevent accidents or injuries.
