Job summary

Overland Auto Works is seeking a Customer Service Executive to be the primary liaison between customers and the workshop team. You will understand requirements, prepare quotations, and coordinate vehicle work from check-in to handover, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

The role requires strong communication and a good grasp of 4x4 accessories, off-road modifications, and workshop processes, with focus on delivering accurate estimates and timely updates to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or service advising in automotive workshops.
• Solid knowledge of 4x4 vehicles, off-road mods, camping and overlanding accessories.
• Ability to explain mechanical/electrical work to customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their 4x4, off-road, camping needs.
• Advise on suitable 4x4 accessories, modifications, and upgrades.
• Prepare estimates, job cards, and quotations.
• Coordinate with technicians to communicate requirements.
• Provide regular progress updates, timelines, and costs.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
• Track additional work and obtain customer approval.
• Coordinate vehicle inspection, work completion, QC, invoicing and handover.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in the system.
• Explain completed work and installed accessories at delivery.
