Job summary

Tanqeeb in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Vertical Solutions Support professional to provide second line application support, maintain solutions, and handle performance, capacity, and upgrades.

You will assist in design, delivery, and improvement of applications, collaborate with customers, team members and vendors, and support 24x7 operations with strong analytical and communication skills and SDLC experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of IT experience with 2+ years in relevant roles.
• Experience across multiple industries and SDLC methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line application support and maintain solutions.
• Communicate with customers, team members and vendors on functional/technical matters.
• Maintain knowledge base and share expertise within the team.
• Take ownership of incidents and resolve within agreed service levels.
• Restore normal service operation quickly and effectively.
