Job summary

Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company PJSC is seeking an experienced leader to manage a team of applications support analysts in the UAE. You will guide the design, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise applications and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Responsibilities include ensuring availability, performance, and stability of systems, mentoring staff, and driving knowledge transfer and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• BSc/BE/MCA or equivalent in CS/IT or related field.
• Proven experience leading a team of application support analysts.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management.
• Experience with Bigdata, Data Analytics, databases, SQL, scripting languages and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of applications support analysts.
• Gather requirements for Technical Design Specifications and ensure client requirements are addressed.
• Analyze, design, and implement software solutions including server-side and middleware.
• Ensure availability, performance, and stability of applications; manage incidents and requests.
