Job summary

Wasl Group, a leading Dubai-based real estate management company, is seeking a Planning Officer to ensure accurate data for assets and equipment and to oversee PPM work orders and inspections. The role reports to the Planning Manager in the Asset Management Services & Solutions division.

The position emphasizes maintaining master data, coordinating with IT for system readiness, and supporting SAP topics across AMSS.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in IT / Facility management / Construction / Accounts
• 1-2 years of FM industry experience
• Experience with SAP Master Data and PPM workflows

Responsibilities

• Raise invoices for services as applicable by AMSS
• Manage master data in SAP for Hardware/Equipment and link to REFX units
• Prepare and issue PPM work orders and inspections
• Provide SAP support and training to AMSS staff
• Coordinate with IT for system readiness and security compliance
• Assist in CAPEX/major work data updates in SAP
