The ideal candidate has great customer service skills, a National Senior Certificate, and some prior experience in a similar role. Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to maintain high food safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail for order accuracy.
Responsabilités
- Pack and plate orders correctly to customer specifications.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the front-of-house area.

Ensure all orders are packed and plated correctly as per order and that customers receive their orders on time as per Pedros Standard Operating Procedures.
- Able to pack and plate orders correctly
- Maintain speed of service
- Great Customer Service
- Maintain FOH stock according to Co‑Ordinator SOP
- Maintain food safety standards according to SOP
- Maintain FOH Hygiene and Cleanliness standards according to Co‑Ordinator SOP
- Accuracy of orders packed for internal/external delivery services
- National Senior Certificate (preferred)
- Well‑developed Literacy skills
- Well‑developed Numeracy skills
- One year’s experience as a Co‑Ordinator
