Contract term: 12 months

Purpose of the programme: Fidelity Services Group offers a learnership at CashMaster in Waltloo.

The successful candidate will be employed on a 12-month contract and will be responsible for assembling and testing all CashMaster products.

The candidate must ensure all builds are completed accurately and on time, and report to the Production Manager.

Key performance areas include:

• Conducting weekly stock takes and maintaining stock for your assembly unit;
• Ensuring builds are completed within the daily time frame (assembling and testing);
• Completing all QC documentation related to your sub-assembly.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY: Please ensure you meet ALL the following criteria; failure to do so will disqualify your application:

• Education: Matric (NSC certificate) with Science and Mathematics;
• Ability to follow and promote CashMaster's ethics, standards, and values;
• High energy, positive, and constructive attitude;
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and multi-task;
• Adaptability to manage complexities;
• Ability to provide policy advice;
• Positive attitude towards feedback;
• Effective communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with team, partners, and clients at senior levels.

Skills required include device assembly, fault finding, conflict resolution, leadership, and negotiation.
