We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team in a Lead Generation Manager/Admin role. This position is focused primarily on lead generation within the legal industry and administrative tasks, with a key emphasis on improving client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead and manage the lead generation team.
- Create and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze escalation trends and develop data-driven solutions.
- Provide feedback and coaching to the team regarding client escalations.
Strong experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in the legal industry. Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in client relationship management.
