To support these initiatives, the Senior Marketing Specialist plays a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive the success of Altron Security Services' products.

This position works closely with business unit leadership and Altron Group’s Centres of Excellence (COEs) to align marketing initiatives with the specific objectives of Altron Security and the broader strategy of Altron Group.

With a strong understanding of the business and technology landscape, the Senior Specialist will focus on:

• building brand recognition,
• generating demand, and
• ensuring successful product and solution launches.

Key responsibilities include:

• product strategy development
• leading product marketing efforts (internal and external),
• managing content, and
• overseeing project execution to achieve measurable business impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master of Business Administration will be advantageous.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of B2B technology marketing experience, particularly in product marketing, product

strategy and project management.

• Experience within the information technology or cyber security industry is highly desirable

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creativity and analytical skills
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and SEO practices.
