• Ensure all AI systems meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and data security protocols.
• Promote responsible AI use, addressing biases and ensuring transparency.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of full-stack development or advanced technical experience, including hands-on AI work. Proven record of delivering technical solutions from concept to deployment.
• Technical Skills: Full-stack development: Modern frontend frameworks, backend APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure; Automation: Workflow orchestration and automation tools; Cloud: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI/ML services; Proven AI integration into applications and business systems.
• Development Expertise: Ability to architect applications with AI features, intuitive interfaces, and strong backend systems for AI service integration.
• Communication: Excellent at explaining complex AI concepts to varied audiences. Skilled in presenting solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience leading AI projects from requirements gathering to deployment. Strong client consultation and cross-functional coordination skills.
