Job summary
A consulting and technology firm in East London is seeking a Collections Consultant for a 6-month role. You will contact customers to collect overdue payments, negotiate payment plans, and resolve issues while meeting collection targets. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and are comfortable working independently. This is a full-time entry-level position.
