This is an executive management role that entails:
- Developing the marketing strategy and ensuring a consistent image is being portrayed
- Being pro-active in developing publicity opportunities and effectively dealing with media
- Building relationships with partners and growing the database
- Guiding business decisions by staying on top of trends
- Building an on-line audience through website and social media
- Managing digital content creation
- Ensuring continued management of social media marketing
- Setting criteria for hosting journalists and influencers based on negotiated deliverables
- Liaising with outsourced PR agencies
- Reviewing Brand strategies
- Effectively communicating our brand and implementing our brand guide
- Working with designers to ensure consistent brand experience
- Creating effective brand awareness
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a Marketing Manager role on a high-end luxury travel brand is essential and mandatory
- Very high-end hospitality experience or luxury brand experience
- Charismatic - able to eloquently hold conversations with guests, various stakeholders and company shareholders
- Engaging and a passion to represent a quality, high-end brand
- Passion for high-end hospitality and luxury travel
- Able to comfortably slot into a close-knit team
