Qualifications

• Grade 12 Certificate is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem solving ability is required.
• Reliable and punctual with good attendance.
• Strong organisational and planning skills, including shift handover plans.
• Vehicle and fleet knowledge beneficial.
• 3-5 years operational distribution experience required.
• Proficient with MS Office and Pivot Tables.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate the Driver & Zone Team to ensure efficient and productive performance.
• Provide training for Driver & Assistant staff.
• Arrange regular meetings with the Operations Team to address issues.
• Supervise and monitor daily activities of Drivers & Assistants.
• Minimise shortages, misroutes and damages.
• Update and share reporting data and sheets.
• Ensure all reports are accurate and submitted on time.
• Assist Customer Service with requests to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professional communication with Clients, Agents and Staff.
