Urban Affairs Coalition's YOACAP is seeking a Program Coordinator for its School to Work and After School Construction Program. The role centers on facilitating presentations, engaging students one-on-one, and ensuring timely reporting to funders as the program prepares youth for careers in construction.

The coordinator will work closely with the Executive Director and Case Manager, coordinating activities, handling community outreach, and coordinating travel to three Philadelphia schools

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating community programs or education outreach.
• Strong written reporting skills for funders.
• Ability to travel to partner schools as required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate presentations and engage students 1:1 to support career readiness.
• Prepare and submit reports for funders on program progress and outcomes.
