Qualifications

• A qualification in Sports Management, Physical Education, Community Development, or a related field is advantageous.
• Previous experience in coordinating or coaching youth sports programs is essential.
• Knowledge of various sports and their rules, particularly those popular among youth.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for working with children and teenagers.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by program schedules.
• A genuine passion for youth development and sports in the Soweto community.
