Placements24 in South Africa is seeking a vibrant Youth Program Coordinator to develop and manage engaging programs for young people in Paarl. This role centers on creating safe, supportive, and enriching environments where youth can grow skills, explore interests, and build positive relationships.

You will collaborate with youth, families, volunteers, and community partners to ensure programs are relevant, impactful, and aligned with developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in youth work, program coordination, or education.
• Strong understanding of adolescent development and youth engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize and facilitate group activities and events.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate youth-focused programs and activities in Paarl.
• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers working with youth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with youth participants, families, and community partners.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all youth participants.
• Manage program budgets, track attendance, and report on program outcomes.
