Placements24 is seeking an enthusiastic Program Assistant to support youth development initiatives in Mahikeng. You will assist the program manager with administrative tasks, participant engagement, and event coordination, contributing to empowering young people in the community.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative or support role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with the Mahikeng community is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the program manager, including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
• Assist in planning and execution of youth workshops, activities, and events.
• Liaise with participants, parents, and community stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Help maintain program supplies and manage inventory.
• Support recruitment and onboarding for program participants.
• Assist in data collection and basic reporting for program evaluation.
• Contribute to creating a positive and supportive environment for youth participants.
