Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Program Facilitator for a youth empowerment charity in Tembisa to deliver development programs and support young people with essential life skills, education, and personal growth. Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or in a similar educational or facilitation role.
• Understanding of youth development principles and best practices.
• Excellent group facilitation and communication skills.
• Patience, empathy and passion for working with young people.
• Ability to adapt activities to diverse needs and learning styles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging and educational workshops and activities for youth participants.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to young individuals, supporting their personal and academic development.
• Collaborate with program managers to design and refine program curricula and delivery methods.
• Monitor participant progress and provide regular feedback and support.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all participants.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and program activities.
