Job summary

Qualifications

• Code 14 licence required.
• Read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily workshop operations to meet targets.
• Lead workshop and service staff, monitor WIP and parts.
• Ensure safety, quality, and dealer operating standards.
• Coordinate spare parts with Parts Manager and service solutions sales.
• Monitor costs, budget, and KPI performance; report on WIP, efficiency, productivity.
• Maintain customer relations and service portfolio; handle complaints.
