Job summary

Jobs 4 All is seeking a Workshop Foreman in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal to lead daily workshop operations, ensure quality repairs, manage job cards, and maintain a safe, tidy environment. You will guide technicians, monitor productivity, and uphold health and safety standards.

You will develop staff, manage workshop resources, and foster strong customer relationships during breakdowns, ensuring work complies with company policies and labour regulations.

Qualifications

• Matric or higher
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Code 14 licence a must

Responsibilities

• Support the Workshop Manager and maintain accurate work records.
• Ensure vehicles are repaired and serviced to required standards.
• Record hours, parts, and lubricants on job cards.
• Maintain safe, clean, and well-organised workshop.
• Train apprentices and supervise staff.
• Attend breakdowns with professional conduct.
• Enforce health and safety and company policies.
