Job summary

The ideal candidate has a qualified motor mechanic background, at least 5 years post-qualification experience, and proven foreman experience in a franchised dealership. Strong diagnostics and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Motor Mechanic with post-qualification experience.
• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience.
• Previous Workshop Foreman experience in a franchised dealership.
• Strong diagnostics and fault-finding experience.
• Sound knowledge of the motor vehicle industry.
• Ability to organise and manage workshop operations.
• Ability to supervise a technical team.
• Strong computer literacy and reporting ability.
• Knowledge of OEM rules and regulations.
• Valid, unendorsed driver's licence.
• Strong attention to detail.

The purpose of the role is to ensure the efficient and quality delivery of workshop operations, while supporting the technical team and ensuring customer service and repair requirements are effectively managed.
