Job summary

Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd in Gauteng seeks a capable administrator to support workshop planning, invoicing and parts control. Matric is required and a valid driver's license with own vehicle is preferred.

You will open and close job cards, coordinate with storage staff to ensure parts are booked out in the system, and maintain a strong administrative desk presence in a diesel-focused workshop environment, with hours 7:00 to 17:00, every second weekend.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.

• Experience planning workshop sections, opening and closing job cards and invoicing.
• Coordinate with storage staff to ensure parts are booked out on the system.
• Strong administrative personality; basic knowledge of diesel vehicles.
• Working hours are 7:00–17:00 during weekdays and every second weekend.
