Job summary

Boardroom Appointments in Cape Town is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to document changes to current business practices and to assist in process re-engineering and workflow automation within an Agile environment.

You will lead business engagements with IT and stakeholders, ensure requirements are detailed for workflow design, develop, configure and document workflows, and support testing and deployments.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years Employee Benefit related experience
• Solid understanding of Workflow Design Principles
• Experience in SQL database design and query writing
• Knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Document changes to business practices and assist in process re-engineering.
• Lead engagements with IT and business stakeholders to ensure the business needs are defined and implemented across the business.
• Ensure specifications are detailed to allow proper workflow design.
• Develop, configure, and document the design of the Business Process workflow.
• Work in an Agile environment to deliver Epics, Features, and user stories.
• Define and execute test cases and support user acceptance testing.
