Job summary

PwC SATIC is seeking an experienced Human Capital Management (HCM) professional who is passionate about technology and eager to build a career in digital transformation and enterprise application consulting. The role centers on Workday HCM implementations for global clients, blending HR process expertise with technology delivery.

You will collaborate with clients to understand HR operating models, design future-state processes, and participate in all phases of Workday projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, management, information systems, commerce or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HCM systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle).
• Workday HCM Core Services Certification or Workday HCM exposure is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand HR operating models, processes, and business requirements.
• Support the design and implementation of future-state HR processes enabled by Workday HCM.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, process workshops, and design sessions.
• Provide functional expertise across HCM domains including Core HCM, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Learning, Compensation, Absence Management, Reporting and Analytics.
• Participate in all phases of Workday implementation.
