Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead and support our Workday Finance team.The ideal candidate will bring a strongfinancebackground, an excellent understanding of ERP business processes, and proven experience in ERP implementations.

Qualifications /Certifications required:

• Finance background: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Professional credentials: CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• ERP knowledge: Excellent understanding of finance ERP business processes.
• Leadership skills: Ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams effectively.
• Communication skills: Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.

Experience required:

• ERP implementation: Proventrack recordofparticipatingin at least one full-cycle ERP implementation
• Process improvement:Demonstratedsuccess in streamlining finance operations and driving efficiency.
• Global collaboration: Experience working with international delivery teams and managing cross-border projects.
• Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams in finance technology environments.
• Project management: Strong project management experience, including planning, execution, and delivery of ERP/finance transformation initiatives.
• Strategic impact: History of influencing decision-making and enabling insight-driven finance functions.
