Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Proven experience as Marketing Manager, preferably in wine/beverage.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media & content creation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity paired with strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Deep knowledge of wine products and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for wine brands.
• Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social, email, events and media.
• Collaborate with sales to align marketing with revenue goals.
• Work with international teams to grow brands in key markets.
• Oversee creation of marketing materials and brand assets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer insights.
• Build relationships with industry influencers, media and partners.
• Organize wine tastings, trade shows and promotional events.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide improvement insights.
• Manage marketing budget and resource allocation.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously improve efforts.
