Job summary

Sarens is seeking a hands-on Technician to support wind turbine installation and maintenance across Europe. The role covers offloading, locating, lifting, and installing turbine components with emphasis on safety and quality. You will help assemble nacelles, hubs and towers while working in demanding environments.

Relocation to Poland is provided. You will join Team Blue, mentor peers, and contribute to large-scale renewable projects, expanding skills in MCC and electrical pitch systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in a related discipline.
• 3–4 years of wind construction experience with any OEM.
• Deep understanding of wind turbine components including electrical pitch systems.
• Experience supporting installation and MCC activities.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and shift patterns.
• Able to lead small teams and mentor colleagues.
• Compliant with Environment, Health and Safety standards.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to climb wind turbines.

Responsibilities

• Receive and offload major wind turbine components.
• Prepare, locate, lift, and install wind turbine generator components.
• Install nacelle, hub, and tower components during turbine assembly.
