Job summary

Wellness Warehouse in Stellenbosch is seeking a store associate to guide customers to products, handle cash at the point of sale, and ensure merchandising standards are consistently applied.

You will follow opening/closing procedures, manage stock, and support continuous in-store and online discounts. The role requires weekend and extended hours availability, with ongoing training through our Wellness Training Academy.

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Minimum 1 year retail experience
• A genuine interest in health and wellness - brand ambassadors
• Basic computer literacy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.
• Competency Assessment Achieved

Responsibilities

• Know layout of store to direct customers to products
• Opening & closing procedures are followed
• To ensure all merchandising principles are always in place and that every item is ticketed
• Minimize risk through process compliance
• Ensure accurate receiving and checking of all store deliveries as per store manual
• Ensure accurate stock counts & checking of product expiry dates
• Cash handling - assist at point of sale and with cash ups
