Job summary

Wellness Warehouse is seeking a Sales Assistant to greet customers, identify needs and offer optimal solutions. You will drive sales targets, manage stock, and ensure accurate price labeling and promotions in-store.

The role requires strong communication, computer literacy, and weekend availability, with ongoing training through our Wellness Training Academy and CSI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Wellness Warehouse experience as a Sales Assistant.
• Applicable Wellness Academy Foundation Training & Specialization Training.
• Fully computer literate.
• Perfect written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.
• CompetencyAssessment Achieved.
• Remuneration based on a ‘cost to company’ model and performance incentives.

• Meet customers needs and expectations by asking, listening to and advising customers as to options/services/products available
• Offers alternatives to the customer if merchandise is not available
• Achievement of sales and unit targets
• Knows what new lines and promotions have come into the store
• Opening & closing procedures are followed
• To ensure all merchandising principles are in place at all times and that every item is ticketed
• Ensure accurate stock counts & checking of product expiry dates
• Cash handling - assist at point of sale and with cash ups
